Maintaining the continuing professional development of employees in the company (Project No 09.4.3-ESFA-K-827-04-0006)
A company’s flexibility and adaptability determines its competitive advantage, efficiency and innovation. In today’s world, the main resources for the development of an organisation are its employees, their knowledge, skills, qualifications and competences. By improving their knowledge and skills and by continuous learning, employees can help their organisation to adapt to a constantly changing environment, to gain distinctive features and advantages.
An assessment of the current situation in the company has identified the need for specialised training for employees. The aim of the project is to develop the competences of the employees of the enterprises, to deepen their specialised knowledge through practical on-the-job training in the context of relevant non-formal training programmes.
The project is part-financed by the European Social Fund, with a total funding of EUR 356.029,90. The remaining EUR 356,029.90 is provided by the company itself. The project will provide training for 732 employees (340 unique participants), who will increase their knowledge and develop their skills.
The project will run from 18 December 2020 to 18 December 2022.
The project implementation period has been extended until 15 July 2023.

The companies involved in the project place a strong emphasis on customer relations, the majority of which are foreign companies, with services provided in different countries. The growing global economy, digitalisation, technological advances and different legal regulations between countries require new and new skills. The expertise of our employees paves the way for long-term business partnerships in the international market, helping to deliver orders on time and in quality. The companies participating in the project consider human resources development as a strategic issue and invest in and plan for employee development and training. By participating in the project, companies will address the main problem of the shortage of competent employees and the maintenance of the qualification level of existing employees.
The aim of the project is to develop the specialised skills of employees through on-the-job training on necessary, relevant and up-to-date training programmes developed by the Applicant and its Partners.
The project is part-financed by the European Social Fund, with a total funding of EUR 353 854,92. The remaining EUR 353 854,92 of the required funds are provided by the company itself. The project will run from 18 December 2020 to 18 December 2022.
The project implementation period has been extended until 15 June 2023.
