APVA Renovation Support for Apartment Buildings

The Environmental Project Management Agency of the Ministry of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania is implementing a program of apartment building renovation (modernization). Its goal is to reduce thermal energy (fuel) costs and carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere in multi-family buildings constructed under construction technical regulations in effect until 1993. This measure compensates for the costs of project administration, project preparation, and construction maintenance, as well as financial measures that improve building energy efficiency.

The funding comes from the European Union’s structural funds and/or the Republic of Lithuania’s state budget.

If you want to renovate your home, contact APVA through your condominium association or administrator. Once the agency has approved your application, you will be able to issue a public procurement tender and select the best construction partner for you.
