In my opinion, establishing and nurturing a strong client relationship and building a reliable “dream team” are crucial factors when venturing into a new business line. When changing jobs, I try to assess myself as much as possible, including what will await me in the new company. I chose RNDV because it stood out from the others in terms of ongoing projects and the people working here.
My first project was “offshore” (a project near the shore). I contributed to hull assembly projects, then I became a foreman, and now I am working as a foreman in a shipyard in France. This career journey has provided many meaningful experiences.
