Foreman SHIPBUILDING PROJECTS

Europe, €3200–€4500/month after tax

DESCRIPTION:

Working in Europe’s largest shipyards, where we are responsible for long-term Offshore and other responsible metal fabrication projects – marine structures for renewable and conventional oil and gas energy. Our team of professionals in this field produces steel structures, wind turbine supports, transformer platforms and more.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Organize and supervise shipbuilding processes.
• Lead a team of 15 or more specialists
• Prepare reports and other documents
• Communicate with customer representatives
• Work abroad – 8-12 weeks in the project, 2-3 weeks rest in Lithuania
• Provide leadership to team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 2 or more years of Foreman experience in Shipbuilding Projects
• Proficiency in English and/or Russian communication.
• Motivation to innovate, create, and lead others.
