• Direct representation of the company in the development of existing and new partnerships
• Continuous analysis of the target market
• Continuous cooperation with other departments of the company in order to achieve a common result (Production department, Personnel department, Technical department)

• Drawing up of contracts, conducting negotiations, negotiating the terms of the contracts with the clients
• Travelling abroad to visit the clients.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

• Technical/engineering higher education
• Successful sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to listen to customers
• Initiative and result orientation
• Driving license
• Good Lithuanian and English language skills.
