Construction Manager ELECTROMECHANICAL PROJECTS

We work with the world’s largest conveyor manufacturers and our expertise lies in the implementation of electromechanical and innovative automation systems in logistics warehouses such as DHL and Amazon.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Organise and coordinate electromechanical works (installation of conveyor systems)
•  Leading a team of 20+ people
•  Preparing reports and other documents
•  Communicate with project managers and client representatives
•  Working abroad – 4-6 weeks in the project, 1-2 weeks rest in Lithuania
•  Being a leader and authority to other team members

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

• Electrical or mechanical engineering degree and up to 5 years of experience in electromechanical project management
•  1+ years of experience in team management
•  An advantage if you can communicate in French or German
•  Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
•  Motivation to develop, create and lead others.
