Foreman ELECTROMECHANICAL PROJECTS

implementation of electromechanical and innovative automation systems in logistics
warehouses such as DHL and Amazon.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Organise and coordinate electromechanical works (installation of conveyor
  systems)
•  Communicate with project managers and client representatives
•  Preparing reports and other documents
•  Leading a team of 15+ people
•  Working abroad – 4-6 weeks in the project, 1-2 weeks rest in Lithuania
•  Being a leader and authority to other team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Electrical or mechanical engineering degree
•  2+ years of experience in team management and experience in electromechanical
  project management
•  Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
•  To be able to plan works in high dynamics
•  Motivation to develop, create and lead others.
