Instructor SHIP BUILDING PROJECTS

Klaipėda, 2810 – 2980 €/month gross

We are engaged in high-profile projects across Europe’s largest shipyards, where we oversee the assembly and welding of ship hulls and piping systems. These include mega yachts, cruise liners, naval and river vessels, and offshore structures — all brought to life by hundreds of top industry professionals.

To support the successful execution of these complex projects, we are looking for a Training Instructor responsible for assessing, developing, and training personnel, ensuring our teams consistently deliver work of the highest standard.

WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

  • Deliver theoretical and practical training to new employees based on approved training programs
  • Clearly explaining evaluation criteria
  • Test candidates’ skills both remotely and on-site.
  • Prepare current employees for welding certification following established procedures, and work closely with representatives from the classification companies
  • Actively take part in creating and improving training programs, and help prepare related procedures
  • Ensure strong understanding and application of occupational health & safety, fire safety, electrical safety, and workplace security standards
  • Provide on-site support to help new team members integrate smoothly into their roles, when required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

  • Experience in welding or assembly of metal structures (shipbuilding experience is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of basic shipbuilding standards
  • Good English and Russian languages skills
  • Ability and willingness to teach and share knowledge
  • Computer skills
  • Understanding of welding technologies.
