  • Prevent occupational accidents and diseases, assess occupational risks, supervise occupational safety and health (OSH), and carry out organisational functions of control
  • Prepare OSH and fire safety regulatory documents
  • Train company employees
  • Investigate accidents, Analyse occupational accidents and occupational diseases, analyse their circumstances
  • Develop preventive measures to avoid occupational accidents and occupational diseases
  • Advise the company’s employees on all matters related to OSH
  • Carry out audits of facilities, prepare and submit reports (in accordance with the procedures established by the company)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

  • Higher education
  • At least 1 year of similar work experience (preferably in a construction and/or manufacturing company)
  • Qualification certificates of Occupational Health and Safety and Fire Safety Specialist
    Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and of the European Union on health and safety issues
  • Computer literacy (MS Office) skills
  • Effective communication and co-operation skills
  • Responsibility, logical thinking, quick reactions to the problems that occur
  • Good Lithuanian and English/Russian language skills.
