We are currently looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to contribute to the formulation and implementation of a focused and effective international expansion strategy.

- Develop and implement sales and business development strategy internationally
- Seek new business development opportunities in the renewable energy, construction and other industries
- Analyse market trends to improve sales strategy and value proposition
- Raise the profile of RNDV’s name through participation in events, exhibitions and conferences
- Collaborate with the management team and strategic clients

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales
- Team leadership and business development experience
- Experience of working for a company operating in international or cross-border markets
- Strong network of contacts in the industrial construction or renewable energy sectors, experience of establishing a presence in a new market
- Strong negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and an innovative and open-minded approach
- Good communication and work-planning skills
- Proven track record of being proactive and result-orientated
