At this year’s Sea Festival, RNDV, together with NTX, the Group’s new brand, invites Klaipėda residents and visitors to meet, celebrate and enjoy memorable experiences.

Although RNDV delivers projects across various European countries, Klaipėda remains the Group’s home – the city where its journey began and where a significant part of its community is still based.
A Moving House in the Festival Parade
As a major partner of this year’s Sea Festival, RNDV, together with NTX, has prepared an impressive house-shaped moving platform for the traditional festival parade.
The house represents RNDV’s business philosophy – creating opportunities for people, professional growth and ambitious projects. It symbolises the space created every day by the RNDV community, which brings together professionals from a wide range of fields.
The platform also highlights RNDV’s strong connection with Klaipėda. For the Group, taking part in the Sea Festival parade is not only an opportunity to appear on the city’s streets but also a tradition that brings together employees, their families and the wider community.
The Festival Platform Will Become a Stage
The journey of the RNDV and NTX platform will not end with the parade. As in previous years, it will be transformed into a stage and become one of the city’s meeting places throughout the weekend.
On Friday and Saturday, popular Klaipėda performers Lukas Feser and DJ Vladas will create a festive atmosphere in the square near the Neringa sculpture on Kūlių Vartų Street.
The open stage will invite residents and visitors to meet, spend time together and enjoy electronic music.
RNDV’s Contribution to One of the Festival’s Major Attractions
RNDV also contributed to the installation of a giant screen in the Jono Kalnelis area by providing the scaffolding structure required for the project.
The structure is eight metres high, more than 40 metres long and 7.5 metres wide. Its installation required 18 tonnes of scaffolding materials and 30 tonnes of ballast.
This project is another gift from RNDV to the city and a contribution to creating a memorable Sea Festival atmosphere.
People at the Heart of the Celebration
For the RNDV community, the Sea Festival is an opportunity not only to meet Klaipėda residents but also to strengthen connections within the team.
After the festival parade, Group employees traditionally gather with their families. Spending time together is a reminder that a strong team is united not only by professional goals but also by a sense of community, trust and mutual support.
On Saturday, a joint team of employees from RNDV Group companies will also compete in the traditional dragon boat race on the River Danė. The team finished third last year and returns this year determined to improve its result.
The drive to succeed accompanies the RNDV team both in its professional activities and beyond. This was also demonstrated by the RNDV Industries scaffolding team, which won the international ScaffChamp World Championship for the second consecutive year.
The New NTX Brand at the Sea Festival
This year’s Sea Festival will also mark the first public appearance of the NTX brand in Klaipėda. The new RNDV Group brand brings together general contracting and real estate development activities in Lithuania.
The companies operating under the NTX brand – NTX Construction and NTX Development – continue the long-standing experience accumulated by RNDV in delivering construction and residential development projects.
The new name marks the next stage of the Group’s growth and its ambition to further strengthen its position in the Lithuanian market.
