Our employees undergo examination and training prior to joining the Project Team. When they reach the worksite, they are already acquainted with the programs developed in our Training Center, which are continuously enhanced to meet the customers’ requirements.
About the RNDV Training Center
The Training Center plays a vital role in fostering a strong work culture and equipping our teams with the necessary skills to execute a wide range of construction projects across Europe successfully. Our primary objective is to identify and develop the strengths of our employees, address any weaknesses they may have, and nurture new talents within our organization. RNDV instructors are responsible for acquainting employees with our quality standards, facility specifications, as well as health and safety requirements.
Our Training Center welcomes newcomers and experienced professionals who seek to enhance or refresh their knowledge. Upon joining our team, new employees undergo an intensive 1-2 week training program. Meanwhile, existing employees are encouraged to share their experiences and take advantage of various professional development opportunities. We have designed an advanced training curriculum to facilitate career progression and enable you to climb the corporate ladder.
