One of this job’s biggest advantages is the opportunity to work with international projects. Living abroad, I get away from everyday life in Lithuania, meet new people, and visit new places. This greatly broadens my horizons and helps me gain exceptional professional experience.
Also, the working and living conditions perfectly meet my expectations, and even if there are some problems, the team solves them quickly and promptly. The most important thing is that working with foreign projects is dynamic and exciting, full of challenges and innovations.
I started my career as a cable installer without experience as an electrician. Today, I have already spent six years with RNDV, working in the largest shipyard in France.
I am happy to have outstanding professionals working in my team. We are a united team and have had mutual trust over the years we have spent together. Whenever I get a chance to talk to a younger colleague, I remind him to work hard and show his desire to learn as much as possible.
