I took the first steps in my RNDV career as an electrical fitter in a small team. However, with time and accumulated experience, new opportunities have opened up. I have been a foreman for over half a year and lead a team of about 30 colleagues.

I like working at RNDV the most because of the great team, pleasant mutual communication, and good accommodation conditions.

Good work by the coordinator, understanding of the office, taking into account the individual situation, competitive salary, opportunities to improve at work, and managers’ consideration of the employee’s wishes and preferences. All of this encourages and motivates me to work as a scaffolder in the RNDV company.

In my opinion, establishing and nurturing a strong client relationship and building a reliable “dream team” are crucial factors when venturing into a new business line. Our company, RNDV, has achieved remarkable success in shipbuilding, and we take pride in delivering top-notch quality that surpasses even those with extensive experience in the industry. Maintaining high standards and fostering trust with our clients has been key to our accomplishments.

What motivates me the most to work here is that we work on interesting projects. Of course, also because there is a great team around and a friendly project coordinator who helps to solve various issues. By the way, I am happy about the flexible vacation schedule.
