Construction Manager – SHIP ELECTRICAL PROJECTS

18-21 Eur/hour After taxes

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Work with a professional team, track work progress and ensure the quality of electrical installation works in ship projects
  • Lead a team of more than 30 people
  • Communicate with the client’s representatives on project‑related and organizational matters
  • Look for solutions in daily situations and resolve arising issues
  • Prepare reports and other documentation, and submit them to the Project Manager
  • Work on international assignments – 4/1 or 8/2 rotations (4–8 weeks on site, 1–2 weeks rest at home)
  • Be a leader and a role model for other team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • Education in electrical engineering
  • More than 1 year of experience in ship electrical projects
  • Ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and diagrams
  • Experience managing a team of around 15 people
  • Excellent English skills and intermediate Russian; German is an advantage
  • Critical thinking, decision‑making ability, and strong communication skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • A valid driving licence
  • Motivation to grow, create, and be a leader for others.
