Construction Manager – SHIP ELECTRICAL PROJECTS

18-21 Eur/hour After taxes

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Work with a professional team, track work progress and ensure the quality of electrical installation works in ship projects
Lead a team of more than 30 people
Communicate with the client’s representatives on project‑related and organizational matters
Look for solutions in daily situations and resolve arising issues
Prepare reports and other documentation, and submit them to the Project Manager
Work on international assignments – 4/1 or 8/2 rotations (4–8 weeks on site, 1–2 weeks rest at home)
Be a leader and a role model for other team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Education in electrical engineering
More than 1 year of experience in ship electrical projects
Ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and diagrams
Experience managing a team of around 15 people
Excellent English skills and intermediate Russian; German is an advantage
Critical thinking, decision‑making ability, and strong communication skills
Good computer literacy
A valid driving licence
Motivation to grow, create, and be a leader for others.
