Foreman (installation/connections) SHIP ELECTRICAL PROJECTS

17-19 Eur/hour After taxes

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for planning and organizing the work of installation/connection teams and ensuring workflow at shipyards
Lead a team of approximately 15 people
Communicate with the client’s representatives on project and organizational matters
Look for solutions in day‑to‑day situations and resolve arising problems
Prepare reports and other necessary documentation
Work on international assignments on a rotational basis – 4/1 or 8/2 (4–8 weeks onsite, 1–2 weeks rest at home)
Be a leader and a trusted authority for your team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Electrical engineering education
More than 1 year of experience in installation/connection work in shipbuilding projects
Ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and diagrams
Experience managing a team of around 15 people
Excellent English skills and intermediate Russian skills; German language is considered an advantage
Critical thinking, decision‑making ability, and strong communication skills
Good computer skills
A valid driving licence
Motivation to grow, create, and be a leader to others.
