Foreman (installation/connections) SHIP ELECTRICAL PROJECTS

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be responsible for planning and organizing the work of installation/connection teams and ensuring workflow at shipyards
- Lead a team of approximately 15 people
- Communicate with the client’s representatives on project and organizational matters
- Look for solutions in day‑to‑day situations and resolve arising problems
- Prepare reports and other necessary documentation
- Work on international assignments on a rotational basis – 4/1 or 8/2 (4–8 weeks onsite, 1–2 weeks rest at home)
- Be a leader and a trusted authority for your team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Electrical engineering education
- More than 1 year of experience in installation/connection work in shipbuilding projects
- Ability to read technical documentation, drawings, and diagrams
- Experience managing a team of around 15 people
- Excellent English skills and intermediate Russian skills; German language is considered an advantage
- Critical thinking, decision‑making ability, and strong communication skills
- Good computer skills
- A valid driving licence
- Motivation to grow, create, and be a leader to others.
