NTX Construction is a certified general contractor specializing in the construction of special-purpose structures, delivering large-scale projects across Lithuania. We invite open-minded, proactive, and motivated modern professionals to join our team. We are currently actively expanding our operations in Klaipėda and are therefore looking for a new team member – an experienced Project Engineer who would be interested in growing into a Project Manager role in the future.

WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

Reviewing and analyzing design and technical documentation
Conducting supplier and contractor tenders and negotiations
Calculating and preparing construction work budgets and cost estimates
Communicating with contractors while resolving and coordinating tasks
Assisting the Project Manager in preparing construction technical documentation and reports
Coordinating daily project activities and organizing and carrying out other tasks assigned by the Project Manager

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Higher engineering education
Ability to work with cost estimation software
Planning skills using MS Project
Knowledge of construction work technologies
