Head of Design

NTX Development is a growing real estate development company that implements ambitious projects and creates solutions that shape the city. We are a small but strong team of professionals who value responsibility, initiative, and a desire to improve.
We are currently looking to strengthen our team with a Head of Design — a person who is motivated by teamwork and the opportunity to contribute to real estate development projects.

WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

Lead the design process from concept to obtaining a building permit, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards
Coordinate the work of external partners (architects, structural engineers, engineers, etc.) and ensure smooth collaboration
Evaluate technical solutions for projects, identify risks, and make recommendations
Ensure that design documentation complies with legal requirements and company standards
Collaborate with government agencies and other project participants

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

University degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in real estate development, design coordination, or a similar field
Strong knowledge of building codes, legislation, technical regulations, and design standards
Experience working with design management processes and external contractors
Ability to make decisions, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and plan work effectively
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (understanding of BIM processes is a significant advantage), and project management tools
