NTX Construction is a certified general contractor for special-structure construction projects, delivering large-scale projects across Lithuania. WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

Planning and organizing works on the construction site and ensuring schedule control
Maintaining ongoing communication with subcontractors, coordinating their work, and ensuring control of work acceptance documentation
Cooperating with the client or project manager on work organization issues, as well as with technical supervisors and other construction stakeholders
Managing project documentation
Analyzing and proposing optimization solutions for project documentation
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety and fire safety requirements on the construction site

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

More than 2 years of experience in construction management
A qualification certificate granting the right to perform the duties of a special-structure construction manager
Ability to read and analyze design and technical documentation
Knowledge of construction-related legislation
An A-level player mindset, where professionalism and teamwork are key
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
A valid Category B driving license
