As an integral part of the rapidly growing RNDV, RNDV Statyba strives to maintain growth in both existing and new markets. Currently, the company is actively expanding its operations in the Vilnius region and is looking for a new team member – Project Engineer – Estimator.

WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

Preparing construction project estimates based on technical projects
Analyzing and calculating material and labor costs, monitoring market trends
Reviewing and evaluating project and technical documentation, seeking optimal solutions
Completing technical documentation and adjusting estimates during project execution
Communicating with suppliers and contractors regarding prices and materials
Preparing proposals for clients
Collaborating with project teams on construction cost estimation matters

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Higher technical or engineering education
Practical experience as a construction engineer in a contracting company – a strong advantage
Ability to work with cost estimation software (experience with SES – an advantage), Excel
Planning skills using MS Project
Knowledge of construction work technologies
Analytical thinking, accuracy, reliability, and strong collaboration skills
