As our project volume grows, we are inviting a recruitment specialist to join our team. If you are looking for a position where you can actively contribute to improving recruitment processes and grow in the field of human resources, this opportunity may be for you.

WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

Organize and conduct the search and selection of personnel for the project management team
Perform administrative and procedural tasks related to personnel selection and hiring
Conduct market analysis – collect data on potential employees, update the database, and maintain contact with existing candidates
Identify opportunities to attract new candidates
Collaborate with the production team to plan staffing needs
Continuously improve, grow, learn, and innovate

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Higher education
Experience in recruiting middle management
Strong time management and communication skills
Proficiency in English and Russian (Polish language skills are a strong plus)
Computer literacy
Initiative, teamwork, and goal-oriented
