Analyzing and advising colleagues on foreign labor law, taxation, and migration-related matters
Taking an active interest in and continuously deepening knowledge of employee secondment conditions, regulations, and legislative update
Preparing internal company process descriptions and requirements for working in foreign countries
Cooperating with and building new partnerships with foreign consultants
Evaluating and analyzing the company’s opportunities for expansion in international markets

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Higher education (not necessarily in law)
Experience working with international markets – employee secondment or international project management
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Willingness to deepen knowledge of legal and tax system requirements applied in other countries
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to present summarized and well-structured information
Ability to plan work independently and set priorities
