- Building, organizing, and managing mobile installation teams
- Ensuring team efficiency, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards
- Organizing maintenance of the machinery fleet, service planning, and logistics between projects across Europe
- Participating in equipment procurement processes together with the Purchasing team, providing technical assessments
- Contributing to project planning and supporting pricing and cost estimation activities
- Monitoring work progress on project sites and resolving operational issues
- Participating in working groups focused on the development of new services

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience in the implementation of on-site electrical projects and a solid understanding of their execution processes
(general construction works, earthworks, medium- and high-voltage networks) - Experience managing installation teams
- Knowledge of work planning, capacity management, and efficient utilization of machinery
- Understanding of heavy machinery specifics (excavators, pile drivers, concreting equipment, etc.)
- English language proficiency at B2 level; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, result-oriented mindset, and a high standard of work qualit
- Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) principles
- Willingness to work both from the office and on project sites across Europe
(approximately 50% of working time spent on business trips), with clear visibility of real project results - Category B driving licence
