WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

  • Contribute to the preparation of project proposals by analyzing information and assessing risks, resources, and financial aspects
  • Make decisions regarding participation in projects and, when necessary, take part in negotiations with clients
  • Manage multiple large-scale, long-term projects in Lithuania simultaneously
  • Plan and organize team activities, build and develop project teams
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and occupational health and safety (HSE) requirements
  • Manage changes and information flows, and resolve arising issues
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments to address matters related to project implementation
  • Prepare reports (schedules, budgets, risks, forecasts)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • More than 2 years of experience in managing  electrical engineering, low-voltage systems, security, and fire alarm projects in Lithuania in cooperation with leading construction companies
  • Higher education in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Automation / Telecommunications (Communications)
  • Very good knowledge of English  (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to analyze drawings and technical documentation, as well as to assess project budgets and profitability
  • Strong teamwork, prioritization, complex situation management, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to effectively plan time and manage human and material resources
  • Certification as an Electrical Engineering / Low-Voltage Systems / Communications Works Manager (SSVA) would be considered an advantage
