WE HOPE YOU FIND IT INTERESTING:

Contribute to the preparation of project proposals by analyzing information and assessing risks, resources, and financial aspects
Make decisions regarding participation in projects and, when necessary, take part in negotiations with clients
Manage multiple large-scale, long-term projects in Lithuania simultaneously
Plan and organize team activities, build and develop project teams
Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and occupational health and safety (HSE) requirements
Manage changes and information flows, and resolve arising issues
Communicate with clients and internal departments to address matters related to project implementation
Prepare reports (schedules, budgets, risks, forecasts)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

More than 2 years of experience in managing electrical engineering, low-voltage systems, security, and fire alarm projects in Lithuania in cooperation with leading construction companies
Higher education in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Automation / Telecommunications (Communications)
Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
Excellent computer skills
Ability to analyze drawings and technical documentation, as well as to assess project budgets and profitability
Strong teamwork, prioritization, complex situation management, and decision-making skills
Ability to effectively plan time and manage human and material resources
Certification as an Electrical Engineering / Low-Voltage Systems / Communications Works Manager (SSVA) would be considered an advantage
